The current owner of the property fell in love with it as soon as they viewed it, despite it being on the market for only 10 minutes. They appreciated the driveway and garage, as well as the secure garden that could only be accessed through the house or garage. They saw potential to extend the property above the garage and kitchen/bathroom, but unfortunately, they didn't get around to it as their family plans changed. They had to move back to Scotland to care for elderly parents and are now selling the property, hoping the new owners will be as happy and contented as they were. The area is lovely, with shops and a pub nearby, and the station has good train links to various parts of London and beyond.
