Summerways Bridge Park is a development by the Sandford Family on a 4.5-acre site, formerly a model motor racing circuit. The project has planning permission for 9 holiday homes, with the first five plots already serviced with mains electricity, water, and sewerage via a biodigester. Plots 4 and 5 are available for bespoke holiday homes, priced from £250,000, while Plot 2 is available with a new holiday home priced at £240,000. The site is expected to be further developed over the next five years, potentially up to a maximum of 18 homes.
