The Dumfries and Galloway Council is seeking a development partner to redevelop a 1.98-hectare former factory site in Dumfries, Scotland. The site features a substantial three-storey, 26,942 square meter factory building, which is a Category B listed building and has a strong presumption in favor of retention and sensitive reuse. The council has allocated the site for mixed-use development, including residential, commercial, and leisure uses, and is seeking a development partner to bring forward a comprehensive, phased redevelopment plan.
